Job Summary
Proactive Social Media Specialist to manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts; create, schedule, publish, and monitor content; own community management and audience engagement; coordinate with content/design/PR/Account Management teams to ensure timely campaigns; track tasks and timelines; monitor trends and opportunities for real-time engagement and newsjacking; support real-time engagement on X and other platforms; prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams; manage client communication and provide regular status updates.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Social Media Account Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other major social platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in community management, content publishing, and social media reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Open to working with overlapping hours to support US-based clients
