Job Summary

Proactive Social Media Specialist to manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts; create, schedule, publish, and monitor content; own community management and audience engagement; coordinate with content/design/PR/Account Management teams to ensure timely campaigns; track tasks and timelines; monitor trends and opportunities for real-time engagement and newsjacking; support real-time engagement on X and other platforms; prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams; manage client communication and provide regular status updates.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Social Media Account Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other major social platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in community management, content publishing, and social media reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Open to working with overlapping hours to support US-based clients
