Job Summary
Own day-to-day social publishing and scheduling across brand and exec accounts; manage community engagement by monitoring mentions and responding to comments; adapt and repurpose content from blogs, reports, events, and video into platform-native assets; ghostwrite posts and maintain cadence for exec accounts; build relationships with creators and industry voices in ecommerce; assist with social coverage of events, product launches, and campaigns in real time; track performance metrics and contribute to reporting; experiment with new formats and bring ideas to the table; support rollout of product education content.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of social media experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or ecommerce environment
- Strong writing instincts - you can match a brand voice, write a tight caption, and ghostwrite a LinkedIn post that actually sounds human
- Platform fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X - you know what works where and why
- Content distribution instincts: you can identify the hook inside a long-form piece and know how to make it land on social
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action - you don’t wait to be told exactly what to do
- Attention to detail and an organized approach to managing multiple workstreams at once
- AI fluency: You use AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality or original thinking
- Collaborative mindset - you’re excited to work closely with content, PMM, design, and leadership
- Experience with social scheduling/monitoring tools is a plus
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) are a nice-to-have
- Triple Whale or ecommerce brand experience is a major bonus
