Job Summary
Maintain a shared cross-brand content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, scheduling and publishing approved posts on time while flagging coverage gaps to the senior lead. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for agencies and creators, reviewing influencer content for brand alignment and FTC compliance, and coordinating briefing cycles to keep campaigns on schedule. Track performance metrics and manage seeding logistics end-to-end, including product allocation, shipping, and follow-up. Monitor daily trends on short-form video platforms, draft reactive content briefs, and manage comments and DMs in each brand's distinct voice. Compile weekly performance snapshots and monthly recap decks for stakeholder review.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or creator operations
- Hands-on experience supporting influencer campaigns: content review, approvals, briefing, and tracking
- Familiarity with influencer management tools—CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, or similar
- Native TikTok fluency
- Working knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Shorts mechanics
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with a social scheduling tool (Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Strong communicator with a collaborative attitude and low ego
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
