Job Summary
Develop and execute McKee Foods' social media strategy across brand channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including influencer collaborations; create and maintain a social media marketing calendar; translate qualitative/quantitative consumer insights into actionable brand strategies; manage influencer relationships aligned with brand plans; collaborate with brand teams and agencies on planning, measurement, and optimization of social campaigns; ensure campaigns are implemented and tracked to target KPIs and adhere to privacy, regulatory, and industry standards; analyze engagement data to optimize media mix and develop reports across channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, PR, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of intern or professional experience in social media
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with social media communities
- Experience with the administration of marketing programs across multiple social channels
- Experience with campaign measurement and analysis
- Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva experience
- Content creation experience
- Strong familiarity with Google for Business
