Job Summary
Post content, comment, and interact across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Threads to increase visibility. Create and manage short-form video content while tracking metrics to assess performance and audience engagement. Strategically grow followers by leveraging data insights and pitching creative ideas to boost reach. Collaborate with internal teams to execute viral videos and cohesive campaigns, providing regular reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on platform trends, hacks, and algorithm changes to ensure optimal performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Social Media Manager
- Proven, demonstrable experience and technical know-how, alongside a portfolio in social media management, content creation, and growth metrics
- Demonstrable expertise and understanding of short from video creation and management
- In-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms, their technicality, algorithms, and best practices
- Knowledge of video editing and an eye for detail and synchrony
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Visa sponsorship (must be based in Dubai)
