Job Summary
Own day-to-day content planning, creation, and publishing for JBL and Harman Kardon across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Build and maintain a global content calendar, coordinate with regional social leads to align and localize content, and manage relationships with agencies and creators. Drive organic social media strategy by ensuring regional alignment with global brand guidelines, tracking performance metrics, and translating data into actionable recommendations. Support influencer partnerships, manage community engagement, and assist in developing social governance frameworks and playbooks. Work three days a week in the Northridge, CA office with up to 10% travel required.
