Social Media Specialist for the Italian market to adapt Sesame HR's global brand strategy to Italy. Manage Sesame HR's social profiles in Italy, plan and publish content tailored to the Italian market, spot trends and opportunities, pitch video campaigns, create content for LinkedIn/Instagram/TikTok and other platforms, engage with the community, collaborate with local influencers and content creators, adapt global campaigns to Italian context, analyze results for data-driven improvements, and support events and webinars.
Required Qualifications
- Native or bilingual level of Italian
- Experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Content Marketing
- Deep knowledge of main social platforms
- Ability to spot trends and turn them into relevant content
- Strong visual eye and branding sensitivity
- Creative mindset and results-driven approach
- Interest in artificial intelligence and new ways of creating content
