Social Media Specialist (Italian Market)

Social Media Specialist for the Italian market responsible for driving Sesame HR's social media presence in Italy. Tasks include managing Italian profiles, adapting global campaigns to the Italian context, planning and publishing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and more, spotting trends, pitching creative ideas for campaigns, engaging with the community, collaborating with local influencers and content creators, and analyzing results to propose data-driven improvements. The role also supports events, webinars, and community activities. Ideal candidates are native/bilingual in Italian with good English or Spanish, have experience in social media, community management or content marketing, deep knowledge of major platforms, a strong eye for branding, a creative mindset, and an interest in AI tools for marketing.
