Job Summary
Plan, create, and publish social media content aligned with IKEA tone of voice, brand identity, and local relevance. Manage and grow followers, ensure consistent messaging across platforms, and adapt global content to the local market. Lead campaign execution across digital channels in line with multichannel strategy, coordinate with external agencies for content creation and performance optimization, monitor social media performance and KPIs, identify trends and audience insights, collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the marketing plan, and contribute to a collaborative, values-driven marketing team. Requires 3-5 years of Social Media Account Management experience and a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Account Management
- Experience working with agencies and managing campaigns
- Basic experience with analytics and performance reporting
