Job Summary
Plan and optimize social content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments across YouTube and Snapchat. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Analytics teams to shape a social-first strategy that drives engagement and business impact. Lead video optimization by testing formats, hooks, and metadata to refine performance and maximize reach. Liaise with PR and production to ensure cross-functional alignment on all content plans.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of YouTube and Snapchat ecosystems, including algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools.
- Experience with video optimization techniques (metadata, thumbnails, content formatting).
- Comfortable working with data and analytics to extract insights and influence content planning.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to manage calendars well ahead of deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence creative and marketing teams.
- Passion for beauty, social storytelling, and video-first platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in content planning, channel management, or digital media, ideally with a focus on video.
