Job Summary
Social Media Senior Associate within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking team enabling Community Managers through practical coaching, content ideas, and ready-to-use assets. Develops authentic micro-influencer presence and guides participants on posting with brand guardrails, visuals, and engagement practices; creates and edits lightweight visuals, templates, and story frames; coaches on on-camera presence and local community storytelling; partners with legal and internal teams to ensure compliant publishing and updated templates, examples, and guidance; drives enablement materials, training modules, and performance indicators for local community programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, brand/ambassador enablement, or creator-style coaching
- Strong social judgment and ability to teach others
- Fluency in social-first best practices including writing for social, creative hooks, short-form visual principles, and engagement norms (LinkedIn preferred)
- Ability to quickly turn ideas into clean, on-brand assets using Canva and/or Adobe Firefly
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable training individuals 1:1 and facilitating small groups
- Experience delivering compliant communications in a regulated environment
