Job Summary
Schedule and publish social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, designing engaging content with Canva while adhering to brand guidelines and internal SOPs. Monitor comments and messages, responding professionally, and maintain a content calendar. Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and digital enquiries, qualifying leads by gathering needs, budget, and timeline details before logging them into CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho. Dispatch qualified leads to the sales team, follow up on handovers, and assist with creating order forms, quotes, and client onboarding documents. This role supports Outsourcey's mission to revolutionize global talent expansion by connecting businesses with dedicated teams in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2.5 years Proven experience in social media posting, basic graphic design, and use of tools such as Canva across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and digital channels
- Experience in lead qualification, customer service, or sales support, including creating order forms, quotes, and sales documentation
- Comfortable working with CRMs and internal systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work effectively within SOP-driven, structured processes
- This is a remote position
