Job Summary
Understand queries from prospects, research and build relationships, and provide accurate answers regarding class availability, pricing, and course recommendations based on their needs. Engage and follow up with prospects over social media platforms while maintaining an updated student database using the organization's software tool. Negotiate and demonstrate sales skills to understand prospect requirements and recommend the right courses and community activities. Open to working in late night or early morning shifts to support international customers. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with serial tech entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley within a dynamic growth-focused startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to think independently and innovatively
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Good command in English
- Knowledge of Google Suite and any CRM software (Ex: Zoho CRM)
- Ability to negotiate and understand prospects needs, engagement, and sales skills
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Ability to learn any new software tool that is adopted by the organization to accomplish tasks and communicate with others
- Excellent time management
- Open to work in late night or early morning shift to support international customers
