Job Summary
Social Media Project Manager - Associate to support the integrated Social Operations and Creative Studio within Employee Value Proposition & Attraction. Responsibilities include social channel execution (publishing, scheduling, campaign coordination), community moderation aligned to brand and risk guidelines, tracking and analyzing social performance metrics with reporting dashboards, assisting with AI-enabled social listening to identify trends, coordinating content development (briefs, timelines, approvals), collaborating with Marketing and Communications partners, ensuring alignment to EVP pillars and messaging frameworks, maintaining EVP content playbook and asset repository, supporting end-to-end campaign delivery and cross-team handoffs, identifying opportunities for optimization and supporting testing initiatives, preparing stakeholder updates and tracking actions/deliverables. Requires 3 years in related fields, strong analytical/organizational/communication skills, and a bachelor's degree preferred. Authorized to work in the United States with no immigration sponsorship. Location: Tampa, FL (on-site) - US-based role.
Required Qualifications
