Job Summary
Produce engaging business-focused social media content by translating complex topics into accessible Arabic copy, headlines, and visual storytelling using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Manage multiple deadlines while interpreting social media analytics to guide content decisions and identify platform-specific opportunities. Present live and recorded digital programming on camera with a confident Arabic voice, collaborating effectively with cross-functional editorial and creative teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in journalism or a relevant field, strong knowledge of business and markets, and proven experience in news or mass media organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, social media, or relevant field
- Strong knowledge across various subjects such as business, technology, travel, markets and economy
- Proven professional experience in a news or mass media organization, preferably in digital or social content production
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic with the ability to craft compelling headlines, captions, summaries, and promotional copy
- Strong visual storytelling skills, including experience in image research and hands-on editing using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools
- Proficient in video editing, with hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Clear, confident Arabic speaking voice suitable for on-camera or audio presentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including editorial, creative, and production teams
- Comfortable and confident presenting content on camera and microphone for live and recorded digital programming
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to guide content decisions
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
