Job Summary
Social Media & PR Specialist responsible for developing and executing the local organic social strategy, community management and brand PR campaigns to drive awareness, affinity and growth for Capri Sun in Great Britain & Ireland. Core duties include managing the social content calendar, creating engaging content, monitoring trends, collaborating with global teams, coordinating influencer partnerships, and leading press outreach and brand PR campaigns. Requires 3–5 years of GB experience in managing social media, brand communications, and PR in FMCG, with strong project management, analytics (Google Analytics and social listening tools), and cross-functional collaboration skills. Hybrid role based in London (3 days in-office, 2 remote). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business, fluent English, and willingness to be in the London office 3 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in GB managing social media, brand communications, and PR within FMCG or consumer goods
- Proven track record in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Experience working successfully with influencers, agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (native speaker level proficiency - written and spoken)
