Job Summary
Compile B2B Social Media reports and support content creation including stories, posts, copy, newsletters, and translations. Proactively manage community inquiries on Facebook and Instagram while monitoring daily interactions. Assist with blogger management, influencer research, and operations tasks such as logistics, flyer creation, sample management, and market research reports. Support customers via phone, email, and social media by handling complaints and providing solutions. Requires native or near-native Spanish and fluent English, with an internship agreement for minimum 6 months. Internship remuneration is 600€ gross monthly with a performance bonus up to 100€.
Required Qualifications
- You speak Spanish at a native or close to native level
- You speak English as fluent
- You are able to provide an Internship Agreement for a minimum of 6 months
- You are confident using Microsoft Office
- You are highly organised and can multitask
- You work independently and to tight deadlines
- You're a self-starter
- You have excellent attention to detail
- You have a strong interest in Social Media
