Job Summary
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram to establish Zithara.ai as a thought leader in Martech and AI. Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta to generate demo requests and inbound leads, while continuously testing creatives and audience segments to maximize ROAS. Build, segment, and execute targeted email nurture tracks, cold outbound sequences, and product newsletters, alongside conversational WhatsApp workflows for event promotions and lead re-engagement. Write persuasive copy for all channels and coordinate visual assets, then track key metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversion rates to iterate on strategy. Align campaign scheduling with Australian business hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven marketing experience
- Experience within a B2B SaaS or Martech company
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling budgets on LinkedIn Ads
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling budgets on Meta Ads
- Experience using modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Intercom, or native WhatsApp API setups)
- Stellar written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to write sharp, professional copy that resonates with business leaders
- Ability to actively track impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue metrics
- Based in Hyderabad
- Willingness to occasionally align campaign scheduling and optimization tracking to match Australian business hours
