Job Summary
Social Media & Omnichannel Marketing Executive to own organic social, paid advertising, and direct channels (Email and WhatsApp) for a B2B audience in India and Australia. Responsibilities include planning and executing cross-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram; managing paid campaigns to drive demo requests and inbound leads; conducting A/B tests to optimize ROAS and CPL; executing Email and WhatsApp marketing programs; creating compelling copy and collaborating with design teams; and amplifying events and industry campaigns. Requires 2–4 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS/MarTech environment, hands-on LinkedIn/Meta Ads management, proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Intercom, WhatsApp APIs), Canva and basic video editing, excellent English communication, and readiness to align schedules with Australian business hours. Location-based in Hyderabad, India (in-office).
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or Martech company
- Paid Ads Mastery: Hands-on experience managing and scaling budgets on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
- Tool Proficiency: Experience using modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Intercom, or native WhatsApp API setups)
- High proficiency with Canva or basic video editing apps
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue metrics to justify marketing spend
