Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales. Create and curate high-quality social media content (captions, tweets, Facebook posts) for target audiences; manage social media advertising campaigns; analyze engagement metrics and provide regular progress reports; collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns aligned with goals; stay current with trends and platform updates; build relationships with influencers and bloggers to amplify presence.
Required Qualifications
- Strategic thinking to develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy
- Excellent writing ability for captions, tweets, and Facebook posts
- Strong content creation skills for engaging social media content
- Ability to curate content from diverse sources (industry news, company updates, customer testimonials)
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing strategies (content marketing, paid social, influencer marketing)
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure performance and optimize campaigns
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, clicks) and report progress
- Collaboration with marketing team to develop and implement campaigns
- Staying up-to-date with latest social media trends and platform updates
- Developing relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other social media personalities
