Job Summary
Build and grow your own social media content channel from zero to measurable reach within a small team, developing unique formats and tones while testing organic and paid strategies to optimize performance. Collaborate closely with other studio pods on cross-content initiatives and joint campaigns, delivering regular reports on growth and scaling decisions. Contribute to campaign development for brand partners, utilizing provided tools and budget to execute your own ideas without prior ad course experience. Work full-time Monday through Friday in Munich's Penthouse-Office at Stachus, enjoying daily drinks, snacks, and team events.
Required Qualifications
- Laufendes Studium mit Pflichtpraktikumsnachweis oder Orientierungspraktikum, kurz vor dem Studium oder gerade abgeschlossen
- Volle Präsenz Montag bis Freitag in München am Stachus
- Lust auf eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im kleinen Team
- Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, Dinge einfach auszuprobieren ohne zu warten
- Grundinteresse an Content, Wachstum und digitalen Plattformen
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung mit Instagram, TikTok oder YouTube
- Kenntnisse in Design und Cutting-Tools
- Ideen für Formate oder Nischen die du schon immer ausprobieren wolltest
