Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Monitor daily channels to respond to customer inquiries while fostering meaningful engagement and building strong online communities. Partner with third-party agencies to expand the influencer program, manage creator relationships, coordinate campaigns from concept through execution, and track performance metrics including engagement, reach, and ROI. Prepare regular analytics reports to optimize content and strategy based on data-driven insights. This role supports business objectives through digital channel management and brand advocacy initiatives within a retail environment focused on value and community growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to sit at a desk to work on a computer for an extended period of time
- Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly
- Ability to grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently
- Ability to bend and twist occasionally
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
