Job Summary
Social Media Lead responsible for developing and executing strategic B2B social media plans across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other channels to drive brand visibility, audience growth, lead generation, and measurable ROI. Collaborates with marketing, editorial, sales, and leadership to amplify ISMG’s voice, support executive thought leadership, and promote events. Requires hands-on experience creating compelling B2B social content, managing integrated organic and paid campaigns with defined KPIs, staying current on trends and AI-enabled tools, and using platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or HubSpot. This role is based on-site in Mumbai, India, and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven optimization, and storytelling across a global media organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience managing B2B social media strategy, content, and campaigns, ideally within technology, cybersecurity, media, publishing, or digital marketing environments.
