Job Summary
Marketing Assistant to own day-to-day social media execution across channels, content creation, lead management, and webinar support. Responsibilities include posting schedules, LinkedIn prospecting and follow-up, coordinating call bookings, Go High Level automations, basic video editing with Canva/CapCut/Opus Clip, thumbnail/graphics creation with Canva or Photoshop, YouTube upload optimization, research ideas with vidIQ/YouTube analytics, tracking performance metrics, supporting email campaigns and webinar setup, and coordinating lead management. Requires strong English communication, proven social media management experience, ability to handle multiple tasks, and comfort using AI tools; familiarity with CapCut, CapCut/Opus Clip/Canva, Canva/Photoshop, and video editing skills are a plus. Remote work in LATAM regions and standard working hours noted; salary listed as $1,200 USD.
