Job Summary
Develop original content ideas for social media campaigns, including graphics, short videos, stories, and reels. Create and edit visual and video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut for mobile edits. Write captions, apply SEO keywords and hashtags, then publish across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X/Twitter. Monitor basic engagement metrics and suggest minor adjustments for improvement. Stay up-to-date with trending formats and collaborate with the team for brand consistency while executing your own content independently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, Communications or related
- Proficiency in Canva and one or more Adobe editing tools
- At least 6 months-1 year of experience in social media content creation or marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, content types, hooks/transitions and emerging trends
- Good knowledge of SEO keyword usage, hashtags and optimizing for visibility and engagement
- Excellent creative mindset, ability to ideate and execute independently
- Solid communication skills, teamwork and ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines
- Passionate about social media, design, digital storytelling and willing to learn/grow

- Location: Hybrid Media works, First Floor, Plot # 176 Korang Road, near Rahat Bakers, I-10/3, Islamabad
