Job Summary
Lead day-to-day content strategy and execution across multiple brands, developing integrated content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram; create, edit, and publish platform-tailored daily posts; manage community interactions and support the CEO's executive LinkedIn presence; optimize workflows with AI tools and programmatic scheduling; collaborate cross-functionally to source imagery, stories, and product updates; drive audience growth and engagement through strategic storytelling and data-driven optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated social media experience
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram best practices
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and comfort integrating AI/automation into workflows
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills for corporate, product, and executive audiences
