Job Summary
Create original text, photos, and videos for daily posts across all social channels. Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals while defining KPIs and KRAs. Monitor engagement data, SEO metrics, and web traffic to identify trends and adjust campaigns accordingly. Manage company image cohesively by responding to followers, addressing queries, and monitoring reviews. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency. Establish relationships with influencers and suggest new features like promotions to boost brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- BS/ MSc degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
- Prior experience as a Content Manager and as a Social Media Manager
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and online marketing channels, etc.
- Time management and excellent copywriting skills
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen and proficient in expressing the company's views creatively
- Organization, analytical and multitasking skills
- Craft engaging content
- The position will be based in Beirut, Lebanon
