Job Summary
Social Media Manager responsible for building and maintaining a strong social media presence for multiple brands. Responsibilities include creating high-quality written and visual content, running social media advertising campaigns, engaging influencers, managing community interactions and customer service via social channels, coaching employees on content creation best practices, analyzing performance data, and developing the right brand voice for each platform to grow brand awareness. Requires social media marketing experience, ability to develop and execute a social media strategy/marketing plan, and proven capability to grow a social media community; graphic design understanding and brand management experience preferred.
