Job Summary
Manage multiple client social media accounts across TikTok and Pinterest, developing organic strategies focused on engagement and follower growth. Research trends, viral content, and platform updates to inform planning, then create and maintain content calendars two weeks in advance. Edit short-form video using client footage and produce on-brand content aligned with luxury aesthetics, drafting captions and scheduling posts through the agency platform. Monitor performance metrics, prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights, and respond to reactive content opportunities and last-minute requests while collaborating with the internal creative team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in social media management
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms, primarily TikTok and Pinterest for business brands
- Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, viral content and organic growth strategies
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content using CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Ability to analyse social media performance and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Strong content planning and organisational skills
- Experience creating content calendars and managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Excellent written English with the ability to write engaging social media copy
- Strong eye for visual storytelling, branding and premium content
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote creative team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Higgsfield or similar AI image and video generation platforms
- Experience working with luxury, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimisation
- Portfolio showcasing premium-quality social media content and creative editing
