Job Summary
Execute paid social media campaigns following strategic guidance from senior marketing team members. Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to specific audiences. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to improve performance. Monitor daily campaign spend and key performance metrics; recommend optimizations. Analyze campaign results and provide regular performance reports and insights. Contribute to quarterly planning and forecasting efforts. Stay up to date on paid media trends and share relevant learnings with the team. Handle administrative tasks related to campaigns, such as billing and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability and familiarity with video editing for social content
- Internship or relevant experience in digital marketing or paid social is a plus
- Familiarity with major platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus
