Job Summary
Execute Obagi's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms by owning the content calendar and collaborating with Brand Marketing, Creative, and E-commerce teams. Develop strategic creative briefs for educational, brand, and campaign storytelling, partnering with internal and external creators to ensure alignment with the premium, science-backed positioning. Lead day-to-day community management by handling comments, DMs, and tagged content while monitoring sentiment and surfacing audience insights. Track performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Sprinklr to deliver actionable weekly and monthly reports that optimize engagement and inform broader marketing initiatives. Manage UGC development through Cohley, amplifying authentic patient and provider storytelling across earned, owned, and paid efforts.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field
- 5-7+ years of relevant social marketing experience
- Prior experience within beauty, skincare, aesthetics, wellness, or med device
- Previous agency management and experience supporting product launches, influencer campaigns, and experiential activations
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube)
- Experience with UGC/content creator platforms such as Cohley
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details
