Job Summary
Senior Social Media Manager to lead development and execution of social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and emerging platforms for a social-first agency. Drive content planning, calendar management, audience insights, and cross-functional collaboration with creative, production, influencer, and paid media teams. Oversees day-to-day publishing, community engagement, performance analysis, and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring brand voices are consistent, timely, and optimized for client goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of social media experience at an agency or consumer-facing brand
- Experience managing brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and other emerging channels
- Strong content strategy, editorial, storytelling, and copywriting skills
- Experience leading community management and building engaged online audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating performance data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in collaborative, evolving environments
