Job Summary
Lead and execute the brand’s social media presence across all platforms, owning the full content lifecycle from editorial planning to creation, publishing, and community management. Collaborate with the Director of Social Media & Partnerships to implement the brand social media content strategy into the editorial calendar and community strategy, shape how Goldfish Swim School shows up online, drive engagement, build community, and support brand growth. Support influencer initiatives, brand partnerships, and social advocacy programs; develop monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit; create, schedule, and publish content; work with the Creative Team to develop assets; oversee daily community management; monitor user-generated content; support large campaigns and trend monitoring; collaborate with agency partners to execute influencer campaigns and social advocacy programs; assist with franchise playbooks and inquiries; provide resources for one-off projects; align with internal teams to uphold brand vision and Core Values; flexible work-from-home options.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of social media marketing experience
