Job Summary
Social Media Manager for an indoor attraction park in Orlando responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Lead the park’s digital presence, manage monthly content calendars, drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and ticket/corporate-event visibility. Responsibilities include creating high-quality photo/video content, optimizing for each platform, monitoring trends, collaborating with internal departments, analyzing performance with KPIs, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across channels.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional social media management, or content creation experience
- Experience managing business social media accounts with proven audience growth and engagement success
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, CapCut, PicsArt, and similar editing software
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and platform best practices
- Must be comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, scheduling platforms, and content management tools preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Graphic design experience
- Experience working in entertainment, tourism, hospitality, theme parks, or attractions industries
- Basic understanding of paid social advertising campaigns
- Experience working with influencers and content partnerships
- Knowledge Microsoft softwares, WeTransfer, Dropbox, and collaborative cloud systems
