Job Summary

Social Media Manager to join FMIC’s Marketing team in Hollywood, CA, driving global social strategy and execution across key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok). Lead and mentor Social Media Coordinators/Specialists, manage vendor/agency relationships, draft social components of go-to-market plans for product launches, develop monthly content calendars with cross-functional partners, and produce weekly analytics to optimize growth and engagement. Collaborate with Product, Creative, Artist, and Marketing teams to expand brand presence, monitor and steer customer interactions with strategic guidance, and contribute to authentic brand storytelling across diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Social Media marketing
  • Strong social copywriting skills and demonstrable creative/concepting skills
  • Passionate about understanding consumer behavior with a demonstrated ability to translate findings into meaningful, prosperous long-term relationships
  • Previous experience on paid social and acquisition campaigns
  • Team-player; ability to work proactively with all business divisions and drive results
  • Strong understanding of the Fender brand. A love of music and guitar encouraged!
