Job Summary
Oversee and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. Create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and build strong audience engagement. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals; create, schedule, and publish content; monitor engagement and community interactions; analyze performance and prepare reports. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns and content; stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates; manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging; assist with paid social campaigns and audience targeting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
