Job Summary
Social Media Manager and Content Creator for a high-end personal brand: manage and execute content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts to showcase the founder’s life as a mother, entrepreneur, and tastemaker. Responsibilities include developing 30–60 day content plans, directing photoshoots and shoots, maintaining a cohesive editorial aesthetic, engaging followers, analyzing performance, and coordinating with affiliated brands. Candidates should bring 3+ years of luxury lifestyle/social media experience, hands-on skills in photography/videography, proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort working closely with C-suite executives. Travel and on-location shoots are expected, with a focus on premium storytelling, fashion, wellness, and personal branding.
Required Qualifications
- Must have direct, hands-on experience managing and growing personal social media channels for C-suite executives (e.g., CEO, President, Founder)
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or branding (luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or wellness preferred)
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, CapCut, podcast platforms, and YouTube Shorts, with strong platform-specific knowledge
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative editing tools
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation is required
- Experience in a personal assistant or right-hand role is a strong advantage
- Travel and flexibility may be required based on content and business needs
