Job Summary

Social Media Manager role overseeing both organic and paid social across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook. Responsibilities include planning, creating, and executing thematic campaigns; leveraging client/blog content with therapist-submitted material for posts; developing a TikTok-focused health-education content strategy; ideating trends-aligned content for younger audiences; managing weekday organic posting; creating and testing paid social ads with A/B testing; collaborating on messaging, hooks, formats, and CTAs; scheduling, publishing, and amplifying posts; monitoring performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, CPC, conversions) and iterating based on insights; staying current on platform best practices. Requires 3+ years in social media for B2C/B2B brands, experience running paid campaigns, strong copy and creative direction, solid TikTok trend understanding, independence, and proficiency with scheduling/ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn). Nice to have startup experience and light design/video tools (Canva, Figma). Confidentiality will be required for access to proprietary information.
