Job Summary

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals and CCBHC requirements. Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms while tracking engagement, reach, and campaign performance metrics. Build positive online relationships with community stakeholders, referral partners, and advocacy organizations by promoting community events, trainings, and outreach activities. Ensure all communications reflect the organization's trauma-informed approach, health equity commitment, and branding standards through creative storytelling and digital marketing. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to gather content and communicate initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and stay current on healthcare marketing regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, public relations, or communications
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Graphic design and video editing experience
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
  • Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer
