Establish a consistent brand voice while capturing photo and video content on active job sites, offices, and with crews. Turn technical subjects like water mitigation and mold remediation into trust-building posts that engage homeowners and adjusters. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track metrics to support lead generation goals. Align social content with sales, marketing, and recruiting priorities using tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite. This role offers flexible work-from-home options and requires 2+ years of social media experience in construction or home services.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years managing social media accounts for a business
- preferably in construction, home services, insurance, or a related trade
- A track record of growing an account's following and engagement
- examples or a portfolio you can share
- Strong photography and video skills
- including basic editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express)
- Ability to write both professional and casual copy
