Job Summary
Develop and implement social media strategies to engage the target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily across platforms including text, photos, videos, and news. Prepare weekly reports indicating performance and contribute to the monthly content calendar and media strategy. Run social media campaigns and promotions while communicating with followers and responding to DMs. Design and schedule weekly newsletters, ensuring brand consistency through collaboration with writers, graphic designers, and content creators. Stay up-to-date with current technologies, trends, and best practices for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a social media manager or in any relevant field
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Good copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- A natural leader who displays strong decision-making and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Video editing skills
