Job Summary
Transform approved briefs, scripts, and clinical recordings into finished creative deliverables across social, email, and course materials. Design carousels, Stories, Reels, and landing page visuals while editing long-form and short-form video to preserve clinical context and improve pacing. Schedule and publish content across 14 social media accounts plus YouTube, performing rigorous pre-publication quality checks on spelling, design, and platform settings. Monitor community activity and respond using brand guidelines, escalating clinical concerns appropriately. Manage production workflows in Asana and leverage AI tools for transcription, clipping, and audio cleanup to accelerate output. Maintain organized file structures and ensure 100% accuracy and confidentiality across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in content production, graphic design, video editing, and social media execution
- Proficiency in professional long-form editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Proficiency in rapid short-form editing tools (CapCut, Descript)
- Proficient in Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Illustrator or vector design
- Experience scheduling and publishing via Statusbrew (or equivalent), Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio
- Familiarity with Repurpose.io
- Practical experience using AI tools (OpusClip, Vizard, ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Adobe Firefly)
- Proficiency in Asana, Dropbox, and Google Drive
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written English
- Ability to follow clinical compliance and brand guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience producing content within health, wellness, medical, or clinical environments
- Working knowledge of Adobe Audition, iZotope RX, Descript Studio Sound, or Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with Zoom/Riverside for recording
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel for email/CRM assets
