Job Summary
Produce regular content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from concept to finished reels, filming yourself authentically to represent the brand. Edit videos to identify what performs on each channel and independently implement new format ideas with team feedback. Manage on-site live content production at events like the FL Championship and Padel Parranda, capturing film, stories, and behind-the-scenes footage. Maintain the editorial calendar for weekly planning and monitor platform trends to suggest adaptations. Leverage existing social media experience and on-camera confidence to actively shape the brand strategy from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich – ob beruflich, freelance oder durch eigene Kanäle
