Job Summary
Conduct desktop-based social media and background research for investigations into fraudulent Worker's Compensation and Liability claims. Complete in-depth reports on background data and social media findings, including an average of 1.5 core reports per 8-hour day. Read, analyze, and distill information from social networking profiles and online articles while resolving identities on databases. Work closely with team members to maintain strict confidentiality regarding subjects under investigation. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication regarding workflow and problem files.
Required Qualifications
- MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND WILLING TO COMMUTE TO THE OFFICE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION
- Bachelor's Degree required
- An intuitive ability to search the internet and uncover information where others cannot
- Ability to interpret a variety of legal and/or insurance-related instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple social media platforms
- Must be a quicker learner and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Must be able to commute to Katy, Texas 5 days a week
