Job Summary
Update promotional templates for sports productions and post daily content across Twitter/X, Facebook, and Instagram pages. Publish approved sports stories on YouTube and create compelling posts, videos, and graphics to drive eyes to Blue Ridge productions. Execute other duties as assigned while maintaining proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and scheduling tools. This internship supports the promotion of live programming and sports content for Blue Ridge Cable 11.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current student pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management and/or Communications
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
- Strong background in media communications, copywriting and visual design
- Understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter/X and Meta) and scheduling tools
- Proficency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and Photoshop)
- Flexibility to work between PC and Mac work stations
- Possess creativity and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on projects and present them to Social Media Manager for review
