Job Summary
Capture photo and video content during home games, practices, community events, and special team events. Create and edit short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook, including live game coverage with score updates and behind-the-scenes posts. Brainstorm creative content ideas and assist with planning promotional and theme nights. Help schedule and publish social media posts alongside the Director of Media. Available to attend most Northeast Generals home games and work nights and weekends during the 2026-27 season. This unpaid, school-credit internship offers hands-on experience with a Tier II NAHL hockey team.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in social media, content creation, sports, marketing, public relations, or communications
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook
- Able to work nights and weekends during the hockey season
- Available to attend most Northeast Generals home games, with occasional practices, community events, or special team events
Desired Qualifications
- Basic experience with video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar programs
