Job Summary
Social Media Intern role supporting content creation and social media strategy for The Aspen Policy Academy. Responsibilities include drafting and sharing posts across LinkedIn, Instagram (including Reels), X, and Bluesky; creating and editing social media graphics, photos, and video content; tracking, analyzing, and reporting metrics; researching trends to inform strategy; transforming academy news into engaging content; assisting in building influencer partnerships; developing creative campaigns to highlight Academy programs and accomplishments; handling program recruitment emails as needed; attending in-person events if in San Francisco; and gaining exposure to nonprofit operations and policy communications. Requires strong writing, organization, and independent work habits; experience with social media management and graphic/video tools; remote work with potential in-person content capture in SF.
