Social Media Growth Marketer - Permanent Full-Time - Ontario

Develop and execute viral social media strategies across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, X). Create engaging short-form content, write hooks/captions/CTAs, repurpose content across platforms, and collaborate with internal teams to align with brand goals. Monitor emerging trends and audience behavior, analyze performance, perform A/B testing on hooks, thumbnails, and formats, and generate regular performance reports. Drive community engagement, grow online communities, and foster brand loyalty with strong copywriting, storytelling, and understanding of internet culture and social trends. Experience with social media management/editing tools and video editing is preferred; familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva is a plus. This is a Permanent Full-Time role seeking a growth-minded marketer with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, creative environment and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
