Social Media Growth Marketer - Permanent Full-Time - British Columbia

Social Media Growth Marketer role focusing on developing and executing viral social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X; create engaging short-form content, write hooks and captions, repurpose content across platforms, monitor trends, and drive audience growth and engagement. Responsibilities include tracking KPIs (engagement, reach, watch time, shares, follower growth), conducting A/B testing on hooks/captions/thumbnails, generating performance reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align content with brand goals. Must have experience managing social media accounts with demonstrated audience growth, strong copywriting and storytelling, understanding of internet culture and social trends, and proficiency with social media management and editing tools. Assets include experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva, influencer collaborations or creator partnerships, and graphic design or motion graphics. This is a Permanent Full-Time position with a Hybrid work structure in Vancouver, BC, Canada, with some travel may be required. Salary starts at $50,000 per annum plus benefits and bonuses.
