Job Summary
Social Media Executive needed to develop and execute social media strategies for Rightangled’s online pharmacy. Responsibilities include creating and managing content calendars (including campaigns, podcasts, events, and community initiatives), producing compliant content across platforms (graphics, videos, written content), tailoring content to target audiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with brand objectives and regulatory requirements, managing community engagement (comments, messages, enquiries), building relationships with influencers and affiliates, and monitoring/analyzing performance to optimise campaigns. Requires a strong creative background, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut, experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms, and excellent writing and storytelling skills. Desirable experience across UK/EU/US markets and familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical marketing practices. On-site role based in London, UK, with Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years of social media management experience (preferably in healthcare)
- strong written and editing skills
- experience creating engaging social media content
- proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other content creation tools
- experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms
- ability to analyse social media performance and use insights to optimise campaigns
- ability to manage influencer relationships, partnerships, and affiliate programmes
- strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
